Sales & Service Representative (Bank Teller)

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and service requests accurately and efficiently within the branch.
• Foster collaborative partnerships by initiating conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities.
• Listen to customer needs and ask insightful questions to provide appropriate banking solutions.
• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational and financial risk.
• Educate customers on bank capabilities, digital tools, and available resources.
• Perform general office management duties to ensure smooth branch operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales.
• Strong financial literacy.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
