Sales & Service Representative (Bank Teller)

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and service requests accurately and efficiently within the branch.
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities and connect customers with appropriate bank partners.
• Educate customers on bank capabilities, tools, and available resources to enhance their banking experience.
• Comply with all banking regulations, internal policies, and procedures to manage operational and financial risk.
• Maintain high service standards by listening to customer needs and providing professional, empathetic assistance.
• Perform general office management duties to ensure smooth branch operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong financial literacy.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Ability to communicate confidently and engage proactively with customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Prior experience working within the banking industry.
