Sales & Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality guest service through counter, phone, and email communications
• Assist guests with general enquiries, bookings, and product sales
• Perform essential tasks including check-in, payment processing, and cash handling
• Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Maintain general housekeeping and presentation standards around the terminal

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• High degree of computer literacy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and the Christmas/New Year period
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a positive "can-do" attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the tourism or hospitality industry
• Ability to speak a foreign language
