Sales & Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to execute an exceptional guest experience through coaching and feedback
• Build and maintain daily client relationships with customers
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
• Partner with the General Manager to build and execute the store's Sales & Service strategy
• Manage budget, reporting, and business metrics including expenses and sell-thru
• Lead the team through accountability, continuous coaching, and talent development
• Establish internal and external talent pipelines through recruitment and succession planning
• Create effective staff schedules that prioritize business needs

Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and move for an entire shift
• Availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts, including the holiday blackout period
