Sales & Service Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience through technical product education and coaching team members
• Build and maintain daily client relationships with customers
• Analyze reports to strategize results and implement action plans for growth
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
• Partner with Operations and Visual Managers to manage inventory, budgets, and facilities
• Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, including recruitment and development
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads to ensure business execution

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and peak holiday periods
• High energy and self-motivated attitude
