About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead an exceptional guest experience through technical product education and coaching
- Build and maintain daily client relationships
- Analyze reports to strategize and implement action plans for growth
- Manage sales floor coverage and workforce solutions
- Partner with Operations and Visual Managers on inventory, budgets, and facilities
- Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, including recruitment and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional leads to ensure business execution
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment
- Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and peak holiday periods
- High energy and self-motivated attitude
