Sales & Service Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and present appropriate solutions
• Advise on Apple products, services, and accessories
• Ensure the best customer experience
• Drive upselling through credible advice and technical understanding
• Perform selected iOS repairs following Apple standards
• Troubleshoot and quality assure cases in collaboration with the Service Department
• Support the sales team with technical knowledge

Requirements

• Sales or technical experience
• Motivation for customer contact
• Structured and quality-conscious approach
• Ability to prioritize and communicate clearly
• Experience with electronics repair (especially iOS) is a plus
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Apple certification within the last 2 years is a plus
