Don's Garage Doors is an affiliate company of A1 Garage Door in Phoenix, Arizona. We combine consultative sales with hands-on mechanical work to provide top-tier service to homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls to build trust and explain options
• Close repair or upgrade sales through consultative selling
• Replace springs, rollers, motors, and other door components
• Install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment for proper function
• Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical repairs
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and collect payments

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, and kneel
• Ability to work in varying temperatures
• Basic math and reading skills for measurements and payments
• Comfort using navigation apps, Google tools, and tablets
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
