Sales & Service Consultant

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls to build trust and explain repair or upgrade options
• Close sales for garage door repairs and component upgrades
• Perform mechanical repairs including replacing springs, rollers, motors, and other components
• Install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment for proper function
• Use hand and power tools to complete technical work
• Deliver outstanding customer service and collect payments

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales
• Valid driver’s license with a 3+ year driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Basic proficiency with navigation apps, Google tools, and tablets
• Basic math and reading skills for measurements and payments
