Sales, Service Commercial Specialist - Image Guided Therapy Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and accelerate sales and growth in the assigned territory by leveraging the service portfolio and activating commercial touchpoints.
• Drive proposal strategy and participate in customer pitches to improve deal competitiveness and win rates.
• Utilize operational data to implement a consultative, insight-led approach to winning back customers and restoring service revenue.
• Orchestrate collaboration between equipment-led and service-dedicated sales teams to ensure coordinated account strategy.
• Build and deploy sales enablement tools, including training programs, value propositions, and account-centric playbooks.
• Oversee the service funnel across all touchpoints and perform win/rate analysis to gain market insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, Sales Operations, or Marketing technology.
• Proven experience in the Healthcare or MedTech industries.
• Demonstrated strength in key account management and handling multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with high-volume, large-ticket service sales and complex transaction cycles.
• BA or BS in Business or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to manage high-stakes negotiations and perform in a fast-paced environment.
