Sales Sector Lead - Public Sector

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and growth of Elastic's Justice & Public Safety business
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across government and Blue Light organisations
• Lead complex strategic pursuits and expand Elastic's platform across Search, Security, Observability, and AI
• Collaborate across Sales, Solutions Architecture, Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners to deliver customer outcomes
• Develop customer and partner ecosystems while mentoring colleagues

Requirements

• Strong track record of growing enterprise technology businesses
• Experience selling into Justice, Public Safety, or Central Government
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving complex challenges
• Player-coach mentality with ambition for leadership roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Open Source or cloud technologies
• Knowledge of AI, Security, Observability, or Data platforms
