Sales & Reservations Agent

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by selling Ski & Snowboard School products including lessons, lift tickets, and rentals
• Promote school offerings through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies
• Build guest relationships by providing personalized service and answering inquiries
• Support seamless booking processes by assisting with reservations and providing accurate product information
• Maintain expert knowledge of seasonal programs, mountain offerings, and special events
• Utilize professional sales techniques to drive conversion and guest satisfaction
• Ensure clear communication with guests and team members via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or reservations
• Minimum 1 year of experience with professional phone and email communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience with sales targets or performance goals
• Knowledge of resort operations or mountain products
• Multilingual capabilities
