About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive independent Aftermarket sales growth in alignment with brand strategy, market share, and profitability targets
- Manage and execute business plans to make a measurable impact on regional growth
- Tailor sales and marketing approaches to meet the specific needs of local customers across five countries
- Negotiate customer agreements and provide daily operational sales support
- Set and achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets
- Define and pursue individual KPIs to exceed customer expectations
Requirements
- Degree in economics or a technical field
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales position
- Proficient in English at a business level
- Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the German language
- Product expertise in relevant automotive components such as shocks, clutches, or braking systems
