About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through company-provided and self-generated sources
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand property and investment needs
- Present real estate projects and services professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and sellers
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
- Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institution
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
