About the role
Responsibilities
- Articulate the Partner Program value proposition and onboard new resellers
- Respond to reseller inquiries via phone and email to ensure timely communication
- Promote key services and provide product information through inbound and outbound calls
- Identify high-value business opportunities and nurture leads
- Serve as the primary contact for partner telemarketing activities and campaigns
- Conduct callout campaigns based on predefined reseller lists
- Support marketing efforts by providing detailed product and service information
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with motivation driven by targets and performance metrics
- Ability to engage effectively with business users at all levels
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
