About the Company

Volt Money is a B2C lending platform that enables retail customers to get instant, low cost & flexible credit by pledging their MFs & stocks via a 100% digital process. The company provides secured loans against mutual funds.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed consultations with customers to understand financial needs and explain LAMF benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process
  • Convert leads into successful loan applications by assisting with documentation
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Update CRM system with customer interactions and application status
  • Collaborate with operations and tech teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulations in the LAMF space

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in financial services or loans
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex financial products in simple terms
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality
  • Experience selling loan products or LAMF is a plus
