Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging face-to-face sales presentations to prequalified leads regarding points-based vacation ownership programs.
• Tailor vacation solutions to individual guest lifestyles, travel preferences, and budgets.
• Conduct guided resort tours and showcase amenities to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales using approved techniques while maintaining ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity logs, and follow-up details.
• Attend daily sales meetings, division functions, and required training sessions.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs to drive results.

Requirements

• Must hold an applicable timeshare license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak tourism periods.
• Strong public speaking skills and comfort with one-on-one or group presentations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of face-to-face sales experience.
• Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry.
• Proven track record of handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns.
