Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth within the Shawano and Clintonville territory
• Research customer business needs to develop a mix of products and services that meet their specific goals
• Evaluate market trends and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions to customers
• Provide product information, practical training, and demonstrations to customer personnel
• Manage customer relationships through face-to-face and remote sales activities
• Perform administrative duties including preparing sales budgets, maintaining records, and processing credits
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, and company meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts OR HSD/GED with 3 years of Restaurant Management, B2B, or outside sales experience
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurability standards
• Current automobile insurance with required liability limits
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic PC skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Restaurant Management, Foodservice Outside Sales, or as a Chef
• Bi-lingual skills
