Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned markets or territories
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and end-users
- Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients
- Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve revenue goals
- Guide customers in selecting the right products and provide expert knowledge on installation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1+ years of sales experience in a relevant industry
- Experience in electric heating, HVAC, construction, or building products
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office/M365
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
