Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by visiting professional construction and maintenance clients outside of the store
• Develop and manage an assigned client portfolio through prospecting and relationship building
• Monitor performance indicators including sales volume, product mix, and purchase frequency
• Prepare and execute quarterly master plans and weekly agendas to ensure sales targets are met
• Negotiate pricing and offer product solutions tailored to active client projects
• Manage client credit accounts and administrative processes via CRM and internal systems
• Advise clients on products, promotions, and additional services such as special orders and delivery conditions
• Maintain the assigned company vehicle in good and clean condition

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria terminada)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to drive manual/standard vehicles
• Availability to work weekends (including Saturdays)
• Experience in customer service, sales administration, or negotiation
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in market or product knowledge related to construction/maintenance
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems efficiently
