Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of Hershey products within the assigned territory
• Execute sales and merchandising plans perfectly with retail partners
• Install and restock permanent displays and other promotional supports
• Monitor and report on competitor activities, expenses, and promotions
• Submit daily activity reports via tablet
• Advise buyers and sales staff on product presentation and merchandising
• Train retail staff on products to better meet customer needs

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience (ideally in consumer goods)
• Post-secondary diploma
• Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with using an iPad
• Ability to work autonomously and reside within the assigned territory
