About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies by analyzing and tracking customer buying habits
- Visit regular customers within the Bas-Saint-Laurent, Gaspésie, and surrounding territories
- Establish a sales-call cycle based on customer availability
- Present and negotiate the introduction of new products and added-value programs
- Submit daily reports on visits and market information
- Ensure compliance with Pharmacovigilance requirements and company policies
- Maintain working knowledge of the generic product portfolio and communicate new launches
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical retail sales (experience in other relevant industries will be considered)
- Fluency in French is essential; English is considered an asset
- University or College degree preferred, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
- Strong knowledge of marketing and product promotion
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Willingness to travel and ideally reside within the assigned territory
