About the role
Responsibilities
- Present a portfolio of generic medicines to established pharmacy owners and potential new clients
- Develop sales strategies by analyzing and monitoring customer purchasing habits
- Manage a territory by creating and executing efficient visit cycles
- Negotiate the introduction of new products and present value-added programs
- Provide daily feedback on market information and customer visits
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance requirements by reporting adverse events
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to keep clients informed of new launches
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of sales representation experience in retail pharmacy
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to manage reports, data, and computer systems effectively
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Fluency in French is essential
Preferred Qualifications
- University or college degree in administration or marketing
- Residency in the Bas-Saint-Laurent or Gaspésie regions
- Proficiency in English to facilitate communication with external partners
