Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service by meeting customers and exceeding expectations
• Guide customers to the right solutions through product knowledge and active listening
• Contribute to campaigns, activities, and current offers
• Maintain a well-organized, inviting, and top-quality store environment
• Assist customers with mobile subscriptions, broadband, hardware, and billing issues

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Must be a student with at least 6 months of studies remaining
• High level of drive, engagement, and discipline
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer contact (retail or phone-based)
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques
