About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute regional marketing strategies and develop personal performance plans to meet or exceed targets
- Manage daily client visits and promotional activities to maintain long-term professional relationships
- Proactively develop new business opportunities and identify potential target customers
- Complete all work reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Implement company marketing activities and monitor competitor product dynamics
- Monitor market trends within the assigned territory and report findings to the Regional Manager
- Collect and report adverse reaction information from patients to the relevant departments
- Ensure 100% compliance with all company regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Marketing
- 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
- Proficiency in office software
- Strong English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- RDPAC certification
- Excellent verbal communication and coordination skills
