About the role
Responsibilities
- Communicate with Hungarian-speaking customers and potential clients via email, phone, and online chat
- Prepare price offers and commercial calculations
- Process orders and coordinate them with the internal team
- Consult with production regarding technical or complex tasks
- Resolve customer inquiries during and after order fulfillment
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Approach new customers and develop business opportunities
Requirements
- Hungarian language proficiency at C1 level
- Slovak language proficiency at C1 level
- English language communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Email usage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and initiative skills
- Ability to handle stress and maintain precision
- Knowledge of graphic design software is an advantage
