Sales Representative

About the Company

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Marketing and Sales team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the reception area
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional assistance
• Price and inspect vehicles for customers upon arrival
• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize sales contracts
• Transfer customers to the Customer Service Department upon vehicle receipt
• Escalate external complaints to Customer Service and internal complaints to the Sales Coordinator
• Deliver vehicles to customers upon completion of transactions
• Manage visitor logbooks and submit daily reports via email
• Move and reposition vehicles as needed
• Ensure the front area of the center is clear of vehicles
• Respond to inquiries regarding maintenance and service related to signed contracts

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
