About the role
Responsibilities
- Determine sales and marketing strategies to meet company targets
- Create plans to grow revenue in designated product categories or import countries
- Analyze international trade data to identify potential clients
- Attend trade shows in North America to identify shippers
- Collaborate with TFS affiliates in import countries to gather intelligence
- Populate CRM with contact information and networking activity
- Prepare presentations, quotations, service agreements, and tender responses
- Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients
- Liaise with technical and operations teams for successful client handovers
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in the TIC sector
- 2+ years of experience in the International Trade sector
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Advanced reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to travel 30%+ including international travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with product quality testing
