Sales Representative Service HVACR

Responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy for the HVACR service business, focusing on climate control, refrigeration, and heat pump solutions
• Drive the sale of maintenance contracts and work on expanding existing service agreements
• Acquire new service customers and ensure order intake within the assigned sales territory
• Consult and support existing and key accounts to meet their technical needs
• Manage the full sales cycle, including offer tracking, price negotiations, and customer correspondence
• Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform cross-selling by identifying needs for security systems and building automation technology (MSR)
• Maintain and monitor sales data and forecasts within Salesforce (SF.com)

Requirements

• Completed technical training or a degree in Refrigeration Technology, Supply Technology, Process Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong product and application knowledge in refrigeration and heat pump technology
• Proven negotiation skills and a goal-oriented, independent way of working
• Strategic thinking and the ability to work with high levels of autonomy
• Proficiency in PC applications, including planning and calculation tools
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
