About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets for the assigned territory
- Act as a business bridge between the company and responsible hospitals
- Develop and maintain customer relationships based on targeting profiles
- Identify and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Provide professional expertise and product detailing to secure prescribing commitment
- Provide market intelligence and strategic customer data to the company
- Execute call plans and promotional programs via CENTRIX and digital tools
- Organize product presentations and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Pharmacy or related fields preferred
- Business degree acceptable with successful industry experience
- 2 years of HP working experience in an original company or 3 years in a local company
- Native Mandarin speaker; fluency in Taiwanese is a plus
- Strong skills in territory management, selling, and communication
- Results-oriented and able to cope with stress
