Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Promote highly specialized rare disease treatments to hematologists, pediatricians, internal medicine specialists, and pulmonologists.
• Manage and grow the business within the assigned territory of Sevilla, Cádiz, Huelva, and Badajoz.
• Ensure sales objectives are met by effectively managing resources in alignment with company strategy and values.
• Engage with hospital pharmacy departments as a key stakeholder.
• Utilize an omnichannel approach to reach and engage the final customer.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospital sales with a track record of successful results.
• Experience working with hematology targets or similar medical specialties.
• Experience in the hospital introduction of high-impact drugs.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales methodologies.
• University degree in Biosanitary Sciences or a related field.
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional formal training in commercial or sales management.
• A Master's degree in negotiation or commercial management.
• A digital-first mindset with a focus on innovation and professional transformation.
