Sales Representative, Residential Repaint

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and profits within the Residential Repaint market segment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing wholesale customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and competitive product comparisons to support customer solutions
• Generate new leads and visit potential clients to evaluate needs and promote services
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs and promote company initiatives
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, sales presentations, and sales contracts
• Manage territory through pre-call planning and documentation of sales calls
• Maintain accurate client records and answer questions regarding products, pricing, and availability

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• High School diploma or Certificate of Adult Education Completion (CAEC)
• At least one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in outside sales or selling paint and related products
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Associate's degree in business, sales, or marketing
• Previous experience as a Sherwin-Williams Assistant Store or Branch Operations Manager
• Ability to communicate in more than one language
