Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans to expand market penetration in the assigned Rome area
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships to maximize profit and satisfaction
• Guide customers through the entire purchasing process, from answering product questions to negotiating terms
• Generate new business opportunities through targeted visits and lead generation
• Manage client issues and ensure timely feedback and resolution
• Use the "Sales EcoSystem" tool to track potential clients and sales stages
• Prepare and explain service offers in collaboration with other business functions

Requirements

• 1-2 years of previous experience in similar sales or consulting roles
• Proven track record of sales results
• Experience in a service-oriented company where customer satisfaction is key
• Experience working with KPIs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in IT packages and ICABS
• Excellent knowledge of the English language

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent diploma with potential in the sales area
• Ability to work in complex environments and manage personnel in a formative way
