Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Active customer acquisition and engagement at events across the Czech Republic
• Presenting the benefits of fresh dog food and direct sales of subscriptions
• Guiding customers through registration and closing sales on-site
• Meeting clearly defined sales targets

Requirements

• Availability for at least 2 weekends per month
• Proven experience in sales (field sales, promo events, telemarketing, or direct sales)
• Ability to handle rejection and respond to customer objections
• Positive attitude towards dogs

Benefits

• Fixed rate of 220 CZK/hour for the first 3 months, increasing to 250 CZK/hour after training
• Commission of 500 CZK per successfully sold unit with no cap
• Regular sales competitions and bonuses for high performance
• Full coverage of costs: accommodation and transport for events over 100km from Prague, plus 200 CZK daily meal allowance
• Flexible shift planning scheduled one month in advance
