Sales Representative - Protective & Marine

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and conduct sales calls to existing accounts within the Protective & Marine market.
• Develop and execute strategic selling plans to grow business and identify key product categories.
• Conduct product demonstrations and support customer application requirements.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying leads to resolving customer complaints.
• Collect territory information to estimate customer potential and maximize time management.
• Maintain a disciplined pre-call planning routine to ensure territory goals are met.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Ability to travel at least 50% within the North Dakota territory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• NACE or SSPC certification.
• Knowledge of corrosion prevention solutions and industrial coatings.
• Experience in commercial branch management or large territory sales.
• Proficiency in concrete surface preparation and floor coating applications.
