Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage retail sales for Master and Finnish paint brands in Hunan Province
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and decoration companies
• Formulate regional marketing plans and assist distributors in executing their own marketing strategies
• Guide and support distributors in market expansion and sales management
• Collect market intelligence and feedback to develop effective sales promotion strategies
• Organize product training and promotional activities for specialty store staff

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in building materials retail sales
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Basic proficiency in English
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales growth targets
• Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes
