Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop sales strategies
- Attend medical conferences, seminars, and trade shows to expand network
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customer feedback and market insights
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and territory performance using CRM software
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in the assigned territory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and the Qatari pharmaceutical market
