Sales Representative Pharmaceuticals

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop sales strategies
• Attend medical conferences, seminars, and trade shows to expand network
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customer feedback and market insights
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and territory performance using CRM software
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in the assigned territory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques
• Experience with CRM software and data analysis
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and the Qatari pharmaceutical market
