Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales and store activation targets by increasing merchant productivity and market share
• Maintain relationships with existing merchants to ensure account stability and resolve platform conversion issues
• Conduct regular store visits to train sales teams, distribute marketing materials, and activate incentive campaigns
• Develop sales growth strategies through market and competition analysis to identify new opportunities
• Identify, contact, and onboard new business partners within the assigned territory
• Maintain an updated customer database and prepare regular sales performance reports for management

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Software Sales, or Field Sales within the telecommunications or mobile device industry
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to work proactively and remain resilient in a results-oriented environment
• Must possess personal transportation (Car or Motorcycle) and be willing to travel frequently for store visits
