Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle sales from in-person drop-ins to closing founding partners
  • Manage and grow a specific territory by building relationships with shop owners
  • Translate technical platform value into practical procurement workflow improvements
  • Execute high-velocity outbound activity to generate and manage a disciplined pipeline

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of proven high-velocity B2B sales experience
  • Ability to build credibility and trust in blue-collar/automotive environments
  • Strong autonomy and territory management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the collision or independent automotive industry
  • Experience in field sales or territory-based SaaS roles
