Responsibilities
- Execute territory sales plans to support growth in the large group ASO market
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new opportunities through broker engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and consultants
- Provide brokers with product information, sales collateral, and ongoing support
- Partner with Underwriting, Sales Ops, and Account Management teams
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the CRM
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience with brokers in mid-market or self-funded benefits (employee benefits, group health, or stop loss preferred)
- Track record of meeting activity goals or quotas
- Working knowledge of self-funded insurance plans and the ASO market
- Proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
