Responsibilities

  • Execute territory sales plans to support growth in the large group ASO market
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new opportunities through broker engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and consultants
  • Provide brokers with product information, sales collateral, and ongoing support
  • Partner with Underwriting, Sales Ops, and Account Management teams
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the CRM

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience with brokers in mid-market or self-funded benefits (employee benefits, group health, or stop loss preferred)
  • Track record of meeting activity goals or quotas
  • Working knowledge of self-funded insurance plans and the ASO market
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
