Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive market representation and sales for building services and Wavin products
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans using value-based selling methodologies
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesalers, investors, contractors, and designers
• Identify, follow up on, and manage new business opportunities and projects
• Maintain and update the CRM system and project databases regularly
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contract terms, and manage receivables
• Provide technical advice to customers during project implementation
• Conduct sales analyses and provide regular reporting on sales experience and projects

Requirements

• University degree in business, economics, or technology
• 3 years of experience in purchasing or export departments
• Proficiency in both English and Czech languages
• Technical sales experience and a strong technical affinity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Office 365
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP R/3 (MM and PP)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BO, APO SNP, and IBP
• Knowledge of tactical and operational planning
• Experience working within a complex distribution chain
