Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive market representation and sales for building services and Wavin products
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans using value-based selling methodologies
• Manage relationships with key customers, including wholesalers, investors, contractors, and designers
• Identify, follow up on, and manage new business opportunities and projects
• Maintain and update the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) and project databases regularly
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contract terms, and manage receivables
• Provide technical advice to customers during project implementation
• Conduct sales analyses and provide regular updates on sales experience and projects

Requirements

• Higher education in economics or technology
• Proven experience in technical sales
• Proficiency in Office 365 and advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Knowledge of value-added sales methodology
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders in the distribution chain
• Experience with structured sales processes and project-based sales
