Sales Representative Ophthalmology

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and remote product presentations for hospital accounts in the Madrid region
• Define and implement strategic action plans to effectively manage assigned hospitals
• Maintain regular interaction with therapeutic area members, providing information on scientific studies and clinical trials
• Identify and analyze new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Propose promotional actions in compliance with ethical codes to increase market share and customer loyalty
• Monitor and manage the assigned budget

Requirements

• Previous experience in ophthalmology sales or similar roles is highly valued
• Strong commercial skills and the ability to work toward specific objectives
• Familiarity with the medical services or ophthalmology industry
• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• High capacity for self-management, autonomy, and collaborative teamwork
