About the role

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new business opportunities and build a viable sales pipeline
  • Generate leads via phone, email, and social media to understand technology needs
  • Perform product presentations focused on comprehensive MSP solutions
  • Gain and maintain access to decision makers and end users in prospect accounts
  • Execute One Step’s core sales strategies including the TruMethods approach
  • Build relationships with executives in the MSP community
  • Follow company policy and procedures on database management

Requirements

  • Strong self-confidence and communication skills for engaging owners and C-level executives
  • Solid business acumen for effective business meetings
  • Competent understanding of IT networks, cloud services, and related technology systems
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills
  • Desire to work in a high-energy sales team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile is a plus
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; training provided for the right person

Benefits

  • Low base salary plus uncapped commissions
