About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute brand guidelines for each brand and outlet type to ensure consistent image levels
  • Maintain existing customer accounts and proactively gain new accounts based on set priorities
  • Manage the order process to ensure all orders are accurately passed through the system
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships based on trust, expertise, and reliability
  • Achieve established sales targets and defined sales KPIs
  • Evaluate sales processes and competitive developments to recommend improvements
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintaining and growing customer accounts
  • Ability to manage orders and adhere to allocated budgets
  • Strong skills in building professional customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs
  • Experience executing brand guidelines within a retail or hospitality environment
