Sales Representative On Trade

Responsibilities

• Develop short, medium, and long-term commercial strategies for the assigned client portfolio based on company strategic objectives.
• Conduct market prospecting and client visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Collect and analyze information regarding competitor actions and market trends.
• Lead or support contract negotiations with clients while maintaining established sales margins.
• Monitor sales performance and follow up on closed operations.
• Resolve client incidents and issues promptly.
• Maintain updated routes and orders using the company's commercial management tools.
• Prepare incident reports for direct supervisors.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• At least two years of commercial experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Full geographic mobility and a willingness to travel extensively across Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, and Lanzarote.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking and organizational abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
• Minimum of one year of experience in large-scale retail sales.
