About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on warm leads via telephone using established guidelines
- Conduct structured initial consultations and needs analyses
- Maintain and document existing contacts within the CRM system
- Organize and prepare materials for strategy consultants
- Support the team during trade fairs, seminars, and company events
Requirements
- Fluent, error-free German language skills
- Reliable, punctual, and highly disciplined work ethic
