Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and asking probing questions to understand their needs.
• Assist customers with product selection and create a one-stop shopping experience.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, including merchandising aisles and endcaps.
• Promote and sell extended service protection plans and the Northern Tool credit card program.
• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations and merchandise tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-focused mindset.
• A passion for tools and equipment.
• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
