About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain an existing long-term customer base
- Responsible for customer acquisition and relationship management
- Independently handle consultation, needs analysis, configuration, negotiation, and sales of MINI vehicles
- Act as an active interface between the customer and the aftersales team
Requirements
- Sales experience, ideally in automotive sales, is an advantage but not mandatory
- Enjoyment in interacting with customers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- High level of self-organization and management skills
- Driving license Class B1
- Ability to work effectively in a team
