Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop the ABAC brand and promote compressed air products, services, and optimization solutions across the South-West region of France
• Implement effective commercial and marketing strategies to drive equipment and service sales
• Identify and exploit new business opportunities to expand the client and distributor portfolio
• Maintain high-quality client relationships by addressing technical and commercial needs
• Train and support distribution partners on digital tools and product usage
• Conduct market monitoring to adapt commercial approaches to industry trends

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree in commerce or a technical background (e.g., electromechanics) transitioned into sales
• 3 to 5 years of experience in field sales, ideally within industrial or compressed air equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience using CRM software
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work autonomously in a mobile role
• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing distributor networks
